We are currently seeking experienced salespersons/Brokers to join our highly successful and motivated team.
Requirements: Professional in appearance, excellent Communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ACT needed. Prospective team members must be able to build strong relationships with clients, by fostering long term relationships with buyers and sellers. We ask that you be a creative problem solver, reliable, self sufficient and have a strong desire to succeed. It is necessary for you to be organized and able to work well with deadlines, both individually and collectively. Open availability is a must. You will be required to work open houses and upcoming auctions.
Qualifications: State of Illinois Real Estate license required. Minimum (2) years Real Estate sales experience. Auction experience preferred.
Compensation is commissioned based with unlimited opportunity to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- You will be required to provide weekly updates at staff meetings.
- Inspect properties and make appropriate recommendations.
- Budget projections and financial reporting.
- Canvass prospective clients and leads using a variety of approaches, including cold calling.
- Arrange meetings and set appointments.
- Network with the office administrators to gather property information and market data.
